The price listed are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially unless you pay for the commercial use fee.

Posting the commission on social media with credit to YUU666 is mandatory.

I have the right to publish your commission online for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Completion time may vary. I don't have definite deadline. it depends on many factors such as; health, commission slot, complexity, work, school or irl issues. Expect me to finish your commission in 1 week - 4 months.

Clients will be notified if there are any delays and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

In the situation where you do obtain the sketch or lineart, you may NOT use or profit from the thumbnail, sketch or lineart in any shape or form including but not limited to tracing, using any section as a YCH (your character here) template or heavy referencing.

In case of trading a character that contains my art, you may add the price you bought it for as value

Do not reproduced for profit (NFTs, tracing, reselling, merch)

I do not allow My art to be used for A.i., blockchain related, or NFT.

If you go against the TOS, I have the right to BLACKLIST you and inform other artists

I have the right to decline your commission request.

Once I approve your commission request I will inform you via your socials. if you didnt reply in 48 hours, i will have to cancel your commission.

Invoice will be sent after sketch is approved.

If the client wants to cancel a commission, they must inform me to discuss the refund. There are no full refunds after the sketch is approved.

Major changes (ex. pose, character, outfit ) are allowed only at thumbnail and sketch phase. Maximum revision is 5 times. revision after will require an additional fee.

Minor revision (ex. missing details, color change) are allowed during any commission stages.

Please be clear with what you want to be changed and feel free to use other works and photos as references.

After a commission is completed, only mistakes made on my part will be revised without charge such as missing or incorrect features based on the given reference. Any errors due to an unclear reference and/or description will not be revised. Minor revisions will incur an additional fee.

The final product will be delivered in high resolution PNG file via email or Gdrive link. Other Image file type can be requested.

I do not distribute the base file such as editable PSD or Clip files.

IDR payment can be transferred to BNI, DANA, or BRI.

full refunds are only available if i haven't made any progress or if the thumbnail haven't been approved.

By obtaining my designs you are agreeing to the following rules as well as the terms in my General TOS. Failure to comply with these terms will result in being publicly blacklisted and banned from obtaining designs going forward.

I will only start a custom after full payment is made. Partial payment is only reserved for users I have positive past experiences/ past transactions with.

Invoice must be paid within 24 hours unless discussed otherwise. Failure to pay will result in a strike/ban.

chargeback or refund received due to the buyer's irresponsibility will cancel the transaction and revoke Ownership of the design.

Please inform me beforehand if purchasing via third-party voucher or gifting the design to someone else upon purchase.

I have the rights to terminate the buyer(s)' use of my design if it has been found to be involved in situations I do not stand for/ distributed to users in my blacklist/ redistributed against my TOS.

Design co-ownerships are allowed, however I am not responsible for co-ownership politics.

All customs/adopts will be made within my morals. I do not create designs that are meant to pick fun at particular religions, groups, persons or races etc. Discriminatory usage of my design will not be tolerated

edits of my designs done by others or the owner are allowed with prior notice. Please retain a minimum of 50% of the original design.

You may make alternate versions of the design at your own discretion.

i accept minor edit request (changing color, adding small details, removing minor parts) of my adopt free of charge, any major details (editing hair style, removing props) will require additional fee.

The original unedited version of the design must be kept for proof of ownership and for possible reversions in case of future ownership changes.

All customs/adopts can not be resold for higher price than what it is obtained for without any additional paid assets. Personal art and art obtained via trade doesn't count as added value.

All customs/adopts that's obtained through trade with no monetary addition will have 0$ value.

Gifted or free raffled design cannot be traded/resold without any added assets.

All customs/adopts can be traded, gifted or resold with regards to the value the buyer paid.

all customs/adopts have a 1 week cooldown before it can be traded, gifted or resold.

retracting bids or offer will result in a strike/ban.

when changing your offer, do not delete your comment/message. instead, edit or send another comment/message

maximum payment plan duration is 2 months, with 50% down-payment. longer plan or amount of down-payment are to be discussed.

you cannot purchase any of my work if you have an ongoing pending payment for me such as payment plan or holds.
